Signs That Your Spouse Is Cheating




You have a sinking feeling in the pit of your stomach, something is not right but you cant figure out what that feeling is about.Your spouse has become distant, he/she is working late at regular basis.
You suspect there maybe someone else but everytime you bring it up,  your spouse denies it all.
Your spouse may be betraying you or your spouse could be innocent. How would you know? The feeling is just killing you.

     Lets examine the following signs and symptoms..They will help you towards the truth.

1)" We Are Just Friends"
      This Is A very common phrase used by a cheating spouse or a spouse who is no more interested in you.

2) A sudden need of privacy
    if things which were shared openly by both of you, suddenly become a private affair,then .it should ring a bell..if he/she suddenly changes the account passwords without telling you..if your spouse does not just let the mobile out of his/her sight.then something definately is cooking.

3)"I need more Space"
     Men and women involved in someone else will ask for more space or time away from the family.

4) Change in work habits
     Working late or working at odd hours, not just once in a while but if it continues for long, then you need to keep on your toes.

5) Spending a lot of time chatting on the social networking sites
    if your spouse in online more than usal, if your spousing is frequently visiting chat rooms or watching porn more than usual, then you need to be alarmed.

6)Secretive phone calls
      if your spouse does not openly speak in front of you, or erases the messages from inbox or erases call data or gets very defensive when asked for an explanation then there could be something wrong.

7)Behaviour that does not just add up
   meetings which your spouse just cant explain..money which cant be accounted for..receipts that dont make sense.Being caught in little lies about the details of the day.

8)Your Intuition
                 Your intuition is the best indicator that something is cooking..If you suspect your spouse is cheating on you, do some investigation and then talk to him/her about what you have found.
Do it in a calm and courteous way.Ask for honesty.Be prepaired for lies.

Heart Disease-No 1 Killer In Women


When you hear the term 'Heart Disease,' what is your first reaction? Like many women, you may think, “That’s a man’s disease” or “Not my problem.”
But here is The Heart Truth: Heart disease is the number one killer of women . Most women don’t know this. But it is vital that you know it—and know what it means for you.

b) Birth Control Pills : Studies show that women who use high-dose birth control pills are more likely to have a heart attack or stroke because blood clots are more likely to form in the blood vessels.

Much of this information comes from studies of birth control pills containing higher doses of hormones than those commonly used today. Still, the risks of using low-dose pills are not fully known.
Therefore, if you are now taking any kind of birth control pill or are considering using one, keep these guidelines in mind: Don’t mix smoking and “the pill.” If you smoke cigarettes, make a serious effort to quit. If you cannot quit, choose a different form of birth control.
